Delete your account.
You can request deletion of your Nimbli account and the data attached to it in a few taps inside the app. We complete the request within 30 days of receiving it.

Open the app
Open the Nimbli app on your iOS or Android device and sign in to your account.

Go to Account
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner, then choose Account.

Tap Delete profile
Scroll to the bottom of the account settings. You'll find the Delete profile button there.

Confirm
Confirm your choice. This starts the deletion — you can undo it within 7 days of confirming.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. During this window your account is inactive and access is suspended. You can still change your mind within 7 days of confirming: if you sign back in and cancel the request, your account is restored.
Within 30 days of confirmation, we permanently delete the following:
- Your user account (email, password, profile settings).
- All child profiles (nickname, age, chosen language) and listening history.
- Active and past subscription data (except for accounting records, which we keep for 8 years as required by law).
- Any other personal data attached to you that's stored in the app.
